Who We’re Looking For
We’re not hiring tour managers. We’re inviting visual storytellers, mentors, and ambassadors of the wild to help lead our journeys into nature’s most photogenic corners.
You might be the right fit if you are:

  • An experienced photographer with a strong, recognizable portfolio (wildlife, nature, or conservation-focused)
  • Comfortable guiding others, sharing knowledge and creating a positive, supportive group dynamic
  • Fluent in English (native or second-language fluency is perfectly fine)
  • Active on Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms with an engaged following (we expect you to help market the tours you lead through your audience)
  • Naturally curious, humble, and reliable—someone people genuinely enjoy traveling with

What You’ll Do

  • Lead international photo tours to world-class wildlife destinations
  • Share your expertise in the field and in group sessions
  • Represent Focus Photo Tours and help bring our ethos of quality, integrity, and adventure to life
  • Promote your tour(s) to your community and followers
  • Help guests not only take better photos—but experience nature in a deeper way
